Andrew Fowler, Ph.D., has over 15 years of combined consulting and research experience developing localized and basin-scale geologic, geochemical, and hydrological conceptual models. A geology, aqueous geochemistry, and GIS expert, he thrives at managing multiple tasks for complex projects, delivering results on time and within budget. Andrew has extensive experience with soil and groundwater contamination investigation, remediation, and monitoring projects both domestically and internationally. Drawing on his experience developing geochemical models, using multivariate statistical techniques, assessing stable isotope trends, and his knowledge of aqueous geochemistry, he is able to determine the source, transport, and fate of inorganic and organic solid, liquid, and waste compounds.

An advocate for his clients, Andrew is well versed in facilitating communication between industry clients, the public at town hall meetings, and regulatory agencies. He is also an accomplished technical writer and has written and edited documents for environmental remediation projects, high-profile scientific journals, and public outreach initiatives. His expertise is evidenced by his appointment as a lecturer in sediments and stratigraphy and aqueous geochemistry at both the University of California and the University of Minnesota.
