Bringing over 20 years of experience in environmental engineering and site investigation and remediation to the table, Arlene Lillie provides vital leadership and serves as an invaluable resource to the many clients she serves. Arlene’s experience includes development and implementation of environmental site assessments (ESAs) and remedial action programs, quantitative health risk assessment, regulatory permitting, and environmental compliance auditing for sites in the U.S. and Australia. Her expertise includes developing and managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and contractor bid programs, and financial assurance (FA) estimating. Over the course of her career, Arlene has developed FA estimates for remediation and construction/demolition projects in the U.S. and Australia and has developed FA calculators used by clients and adopted by regulatory agencies in Australia. She has undertaken environmental and auditing work for a variety of clients including chemical manufacturers and distributors, petroleum companies, port authorities, municipalities, property owners/developers, lending institutions, and legal counsel. She has worked with multiple state and federal agencies in the US, having successfully brought projects to closure through development and implementation of remedial investigation programs, feasibility/corrective measures studies, remedial actions, and risk assessments for sites under RCRA corrective action, Superfund, and voluntary remedial action programs.
