As a project manager and environmental scientist, Brock Tucker has over two decades of hands-on experience, which he leverages to serve our clients and drive efficiency. Brock has significant experience associated with underground storage tank (UST) compliance, environmental assessments, ecological and human health risk assessments, and animal and plant identification for biological assessments and impact studies. His professional portfolio includes a variety of UST and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Facility investigations; landfill closures and post-closure monitoring/compliance; remedial design and remedial system implementation/installation projects; National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, sampling, and reporting; Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) testing; risk assessment; Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) air permitting/compliance; waste delisting and management; report writing; and UST compliance audits. He has also led various types of drilling and environmental-related field activities including groundwater and soil sampling events; soil vapor and indoor air testing; and logging soil data during drilling activities.
Brock has designed, engineered, and installed remediation equipment and systems, and has a detailed understanding of soil excavation, recovery trenching, pump and treat technologies, free product recovery systems, nutrient injection, accelerated and monitored natural attenuation, multiphase vacuum extraction and treatment, and air sparge and soil vapor extraction. Leveraging this knowledge, he is able to determine the best remedial option for his projects.
