Over the past 20 years, Chip Hankley has built a career combining an understanding of data analysis and environmental systems with a passion for Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In that time he has gained valuable experience using GIS as an analytical tool, focusing on web-based mapping, systems integration, data modeling, data presentation, and raster analysis.  As an environmental scientist, Chip has spent his career combining an understanding of environmental systems with computer programming, database management, and analysis. His passion is in developing focused, elegant solutions that reduce the mistakes and inefficiencies that frequently accompany information management challenges, driving efficiency and keeping client costs to a minimum.
