James Dodd is a U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of experience in project management, including over a decade in oil-and-gas engineering and several years of regulatory consulting. His extensive background in joint venture facility design, environmental project management, oil-and-gas (upstream, midstream, and downstream) engineering, transportation compliance, environmental compliance planning, program development, and training development makes him a great asset to our team.
As a seasoned project manager, James oversees multiple projects simultaneously, including regulatory reviews, new plan designs; site environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) audits; and environmental compliance planning implementation. In addition to conducting hundreds of facility audits and inspections to gauge EH&S compliance concerns, he has also worked with numerous EH&S departments, designing training and reporting systems, conducting project risk and hazard identification assessments, and identifying mitigation techniques to enhance the overall awareness and reduction of reportable accident percentage rates.
