With 20 years of experience across various sectors of the environmental field, Leah brings real-world knowledge to the workplace, enhancing her ability to prepare accurate compliance documents, permit applications, and environmental assessments. This diverse skill set allows her to help our clients in various areas of environmental compliance, from sustainability to Phase I and II site assessments and onsite compliance support. Leah’s primary experience is in regulatory compliance support (remote and onsite), environmental compliance auditing, due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, air pollution compliance, site characterization for remediation projects, regulatory experience in Queensland, Australia, for the oil-and-gas industry, data analysis and reporting, and field work. Throughout her career she has taken part in the preparation of permit applications; the submission of air, soil, and groundwater sampling reports; the installation of monitoring wells; the management of air-pollution compliance programs; and the preparation of environmental permits for natural-gas development in Australia. She has also developed compliance documents — such as permit and permit modification applications, annual monitoring reports, plan of operations, disturbance protocols, and environmental management plans — for several natural-gas companies throughout Australia. Additionally, Leah is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) and has performed various industry environmental compliance audits throughout the United States.
