Marc Sheridan is an Environmental Scientist with over 10 years’ experience in both the public and private sector. He has held technical roles at the Bureau of Meteorology for the Flood Warning Service and Surface Observations Network. He also served as a panel member in the Tsunami Early Warning Detection Systems and National Flood Data Team.

Marc has experience within mining consultancies undertaking downhole geophysics on geotechnical and mineral exploration for Rio Tinto projects. He has also worked with the South Australian Government in downhole geophysics of new well installations and casing inspections, and groundwater monitoring of state baseline groundwater data. He has program management experience within the SARFIIP groundwater monitoring program and Southern Basins salt water intrusion investigations for SA Water.

Marc also has experience volunteering in Canada and Indonesia in natural resource management.
