Phillip Thompson is a customer-focused Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader with proven success in risk reduction and performance improvement. He has over 20 years of direct industry experience in EHS program management, including leading federal and provincial compliance program development across Canada. Phillip is a Certified Safety Professional, ISO14001 Lead Auditor, and OSHA VPP SGE Auditor who has held various certifications as a facility operator. He has experience in environmental due diligence, fisheries, and wetland program management.

As Sr. Compliance Specialist, Phillip employs a broad enterprise view developed through progressive operational experience at the site, division, and corporate/global levels, ensuring the organizational vision and goals translate into demonstrable results.
