Robert brings 30+ years of experience as a Principal Hydrogeologist and Project Manager who has led diverse projects, including complex hydrogeologic characterizations, infiltration studies, environmental remediation, and water supply evaluations. His environmental expertise includes groundwater mounding evaluations, remedial alternative optimization analysis,
groundwater modeling, brownfield assessments, groundwater flow/transport, and natural attenuation models. He is also a regulatory expert at both the federal and state level (e.g., USEPA Regions II, III, and V for RCRA/CERCLA, Pennsylvania Act 2, NJDEP and ISRA, the Maryland DEP, Delaware DNREC, Ohio EPA, Michigan DEQ, and other State programs) and has successfully provided litigation and expert witness support services.
