Excellence—It’s what we do.

With employees stretching over 20 states and three continents, communication and collaboration is critical to our success. Each year we bring everyone together in one location for an Annual Meeting. We focus on celebrating the successes of the previous year, training, relationship building, and having fun! At each annual meeting we focus on a specific theme that is supported by the training, breakout sessions, and general discussion topics. This year our theme was “Excellence—It’s what we do.

Our discussions and presentations ranged from providing excellent results in field management and GIS Training to ensuring satisfaction in your work/home life balance. We also offered training on the newest and most efficient technological advances for sharing information inside teams and work groups, while decreasing our environmental footprint. In addition to knowledge sharing and training, we had team building activities and a scavenger hunt that showed the creative talent (and sense of humor) this team brings to the table.

The annual meeting was the most successful to date and I appreciate the enthusiasm everyone brought to the event and the level of effort applied to all of the training and team building efforts. It is amazing what can be accomplished when you bring together an incredibly talented group of individuals who form a team that is committed to Excellence and providing our clients with an experience that is second to none.

Excellence is what we do, and it’s also who we are. Each of our employees is an expert in their field, and when you combine experts in every field in our industry with common goals, you get excellence, teamwork, and loyalty.
