What do you like best about the work you do?
The best part of my job is partnering with our clients to help them achieve compliance through both remote and on-site support. I enjoy creating systems and training programs that help reduce the workload for busy EHS managers and allow them to focus on growing their program within the facility or the company as a whole.
What are you currently working on?
Currently, I am developing Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials (DOT HazMat) training programs.
How can our clients benefit from this innovation?
Instead of a broad training that includes topics for all functions of DOT HazMat, these training programs are function specific and facility specific – designed to include real-life examples from the facility itself and ensure company specific programs and procedures regarding DOT HazMat are discussed with the employees during the training. Trainings are engaging and empower employees to perform their specific job function per DOT and Company rules and regulations by giving them knowledge related to materials and containers handled at their facility.
