Responding to the growing needs of its clients in Canada, EHS Support is pleased to announce the addition of Phillip Thompson as Sr. Compliance Specialist to its Business Services Team.

Phillip Thompson is a customer focused EH&S leader with proven success in risk reduction and performance improvement. He has over 20 years of direct experience in environmental compliance programs such as CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, and SPCC, environmental due diligence, and environmental compliance auditing and support. As EHS Support continues to grow its offerings and build organically in Canada, Phillip provides our clients with invaluable local expertise and experience.

Before coming to EHS Support, Phillip held leadership roles with Johns Manville, Tate & Lyle, and GE Aviation’s Global Business Team. In his work he employs a broad enterprise view he’s developed through progressive global operational experience, ensuring that the organizational vision and goals translate into demonstrable results. He is a strong leader, motivator, and team player who empowers, develops, and optimizes people and technology with honesty, fairness, and respect.
Phillip holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from SUNY Plattsburgh and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He also studied Canadian Environmental Law with Royal Roads University in British Columbia and French with the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration in Montreal. He is currently based in Brossard, Quebec.
