EHS Support is proud to announce the addition of Kaity Ogilvie as a Merger and Acquisition Associate based in New York City
EHS Support is continuing to grow and strengthen its Environmental Due Diligence practice. Our clients have asked us to take on expanded roles on their projects to support their acquisition and divestiture efforts. Specifically, these efforts will focus on creating financial models and company valuations, preparing or evaluating selling materials, managing virtual data rooms, assisting in due diligence processes, and lending a hand where you need it and when you need it. With the addition of Kaity, EHS Support can now provide “as needed” assistance to your existing staff to support the financial analysis portion of your due diligence. Her responsibilities will also include assisting EHS Support in developing our internal acquisition strategy, process, and due diligence methods to allow us to grow and expand our current capabilities and locations. Kaity will also be responsible for creating an outreach plan to develop relationships and opportunities with key acquisition targets. Finally, she will serve as the company’s M&A business development contact, which will involve maintaining existing relationships with M&A clients as well as developing new relationships in the NYC financial industry.
Prior to joining EHS Support, Kaity worked as an investment banking analyst at a leading sell-side merger and acquisition advisory firm in NYC. Her experience includes creating financial models and company valuations, preparing selling materials, developing buyer lists, approaching the market with clients, conducting management meetings, managing virtual data rooms, and assisting in buyer due diligence processes. In addition, she was active in developing and managing lead relationships.
Kaity’s M&A expertise and business development experience will enhance and complement EHS Support’s capabilities and expand our range of technical offerings to support our clients.
