President Andrew Patz, CHMM, Named Pittsburgh Business Times 2014 “Fast Tracker”
EHS Support LLC (EHS Support) is pleased to announce that Andrew (Andy) Patz, Co-Founder/President, has been chosen as one of The Pittsburgh Business Times 2014 “Fast Trackers.” The Pittsburgh Business Times Fast Tracker award honors leaders from Pittsburgh’s business and nonprofit community who are under 40 years old. Winners were selected for their successful efforts to grow a business or nonprofit. Fast Trackers must have shown to have had significant impact on the growth, scope or impact of their organization.
Andy has had a major impact on the growth, scope, and impact of EHS Support. It is no accident that the company has not only remained profitable throughout its lifespan, but increased revenues by over 360 percent in the last three years. He is committed to a financial business model that ensures job stability for current employees and creates new job opportunities in the Pittsburgh region, nationally, and internationally. Andy’s devotion to valuable client service solidifies relationships to create a steady stream of work coming into the company.
His professional expertise, as it relates to managing a successful business, includes the growth (from 2 to 60 employees) and success of EHS Support over the last nine years. Andy has supported the amazing growth of our 100 percent virtual company by fostering the culture and commitment to excellence for clients and employees, all the while keeping EHS Support debt free and profitable so we can share profits with staff and continue growth in Western Pennsylvania and throughout the world. The unique culture at EHS Support requires dedication and time by leadership to give employees the tools, knowledge, and confidence to provide the same level of service to clients from every staff member.
Andy mentors employees to embrace the philosophy of providing quality beyond the client’s expectations with a focus on responsiveness and customer service. This strategy ensures success, client satisfaction, and business growth. He is a true example of what it takes to be successful in any organization.
He will be honored at the Pittsburgh Business Times awards program on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Andy Warhol Museum.
