TSCA Chemical Data Reporting Submission June 1, 2020 through November 30, 2020
Under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) chemical data reporting (CDR) rule, manufacturers, importers, and processors of chemical substances must provide information to USEPA every four years. In two separate Federal Register notices published on April 9, 2020, USEPA finalized its 2020 CDR regulation amendments and extended the submission deadline by two months.
As a reminder, the next CDR submission period is now June 1, 2020 – November 30, 2020. Data submitted on the CDR allows USEPA to collect exposure-related information on chemical substances, made available to the public.
USEPA has some resources on their website https://www.epa.gov/chemical-data-reporting and various industry groups may have information as well. Contact Amy Bauer at EHS Support if you have any questions on CDR rule or need assistance with preparing the report.
